Generally, the stringers, pedestals and some other accessories are used for the installation of anti-static raised access floors. During the process of installation, the usage is totally different.
Here we will introduce the anti-static raised access floors’ accessories in details so that you won’t find any missing of the accessories or result in the failure of installation.
1. Stringer Accessory
Steel cement anti-static raised access floor’s stringer can be divided into two types: long stringer and short stringer.
The long stringer specification: 21*32*1170 mm. The specification of short stringer: 21*32*570 mm. The surface is zinc galvanized so that it is ruthless.
2. Pedestal
Pedestals are always divided into standard pedestal， strengthened pedestal and super strong pedestal. In addition, there are two special usage pedestals：slope pedestal and border pedestal.
1) Standard pedestal
It is consisted of top plate, screw, nut, supporting tube and bottom plate. The supporting tube can be square tube(22*22 mm) or round tube (∮22 mm). The surface is galvanized which is anti-rust and anti-corrosion.
2) Strengthen pedestal
Comparing to standard pedestal, it has better bearing function. The diameter of tube are generally ∮25 mm, ∮28 mm, ∮32 mm.
3) Super strong pedestal
It is always used for the places which is particular to the bearing heavy load and high rising height. The diameter of tube is always ∮38 mm, ∮45 mm, ∮73 mm.
4) Slope pedestal
It is specialized for slope.
5) Border pedestal
It is always used for installation of the wall border.
3. Other accessories
As the auxiliary connection, the seismic brace, tie rod and hoop are suitable for super height and super strong pedestals. They are used for reinforcing the stability.
