Encapsulated panel calcium sulphate floor is fully wrapped around by hot-dipped galvanized steel. The top and bottom steel sheet is pressed and riveted, with high-strength calcium sulphate core as the inside core.

Encapsulated Panel System
There are corner lock holes at four corners, so encapsulated panel only needs pedestals to install. Put panels on pedestals and fix them together with screws. This corner lock system creates a stringer-less raised floor that is capable withstanding normal static and dynamic loads experienced in the majority of general office environments.
